At AROVIRA – أروفيرا, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible.
Delivery Areas
We deliver orders to most governorates across Egypt through our shipping and delivery service providers.
Delivery availability and estimated delivery times may vary for certain areas depending on the shipping provider's coverage.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
Delivery may take slightly longer in remote areas or during promotions, seasonal periods, and periods of high order volume.
Delays may also occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control or circumstances involving the shipping provider. We will make reasonable efforts to follow up on your order and communicate with you when necessary.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping is available for orders exceeding EGP 1,000.
For orders below this amount, the applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout based on the delivery address.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in areas supported by our shipping provider.
To help ensure successful delivery, please make sure that:
- Your delivery address is accurate, clear, and complete.
- You provide a valid phone number.
- Someone is available to receive the order.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery address is incorrect or unclear, or the customer does not respond to the shipping provider's calls, delivery may be delayed or the shipment may be returned to AROVIRA – أروفيرا.
If an order is returned because the shipping provider was unable to complete delivery due to incorrect customer information, no response, or no one being available to receive the order, a new shipping fee may be charged if the customer requests that the order be shipped again.
